Origins
We started HOMA to help our family access something that had become increasingly difficult to find. My grandmother always treasured genuine Iranian Beluga, but over the years, authentic Iranian caviar had become virtually inaccessible in Hong Kong. What was available was either prohibitively expensive or truly, not Iranian at all.
What began as a way to ensure our family could continue enjoying the caviar we had grown up with became something larger. Our team discovered we could bridge the gap between Iran’s finest caviar farms and Hong Kong’s sophisticated palates.
Just as my grandmother taught me that caviar elevates any meal, we encourage you to be adventurous with your pairings. From traditional blinis to char siu bao, authentic Iranian caviar transforms everyday dining into something extraordinary.
Working directly with our certified farm in Iran, every process happens in the Caspian region, preserving the authentic flavour that makes Iranian caviar legendary.
